Since 2007, Kelvion Thermal Solutions has pushed a lot on innovation by creating a dedicated R&D team with the target to launch on the market a new product every two years. R&D is now a clear axis of the company to differentiate from low cost competitors. To facilitate product development, one part of R&D strategy is to participate to collaborative projects. The R&D team is composed of a wide scope of competences including project management, thermal, mechanical, welding and manufacturing expertise. Kelvion management is fully involve in R&D projects thru a dedicated R&D process including monthly reporting and gate meetings for decision making.
